Lodder Brothers was the 3rd company to come assess the issues we were having with our water heater. The customer service we received was great, both from the people who serviced the machine, as well as Karen who always answered the phone when I called. I am so grateful that they got our hot water working after 2 other companies failed us and the technicians were both very friendly, professional and effecient.
